The rules of using LiftMyStay. Plain language on purpose: if something here is unclear, write to us before you pay.
What the service is
You paste the public link of a short-term rental listing, we fetch the photos from that page, improve the photography, and give them back to you in full resolution. It is a one-time job for one listing, not a subscription.
The listing has to be yours
You may only submit a listing you own or are authorised to manage, and you confirm that when you submit it. We record that confirmation with the date and the IP address. If you are not the host, do not use the service.
What we change and what we do not
We work on the photography: exposure, colour, white balance, noise, sharpness and perspective. The standard retouch never adds, removes or restyles anything in the room. With the optional eye candy switched on, we only switch on or tidy what is already in the photo (the screen of a TV that is there, lamps, a fireplace, made beds). The delivered photos add and hide nothing. The only exception is an optional version of a given photo (eye candy, staged guests or an early-dusk version you ask for), delivered alongside the clean photo and labelled as such. We never change the angle or the crop, and never produce an image that would misrepresent the place to a guest.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Brazilian reais on the site's Portuguese pages for visitors in Brazil, per listing, charged once in the currency shown. Payment goes through Stripe. The photo set is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Delivery
The free preview of your cover photo usually lands within a few minutes. After payment the full set is typically ready in ten to twenty minutes. The video tour, when you buy that plan, is produced after purchase and sent by e-mail within five days.
Limits
Up to fifty photos per listing. Occasionally a photo cannot be improved: we skip it, keep your original available, and it never blocks the rest of the set. If the listing page cannot be read at all, nothing is charged.
Your files
The enhanced photos are yours to use anywhere: your listing, your social media, your own site. We keep a copy so you can download them again, and we do not use them publicly without asking you first.
No affiliation
LiftMyStay is an independent product of Guidefy. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Airbnb, Inc. or Expedia Group, Inc. (Vrbo). Their rules for listing photos are theirs, and following them is your responsibility as the host.
Responsibility
We deliver the photo work described above with care, but we cannot promise a specific number of bookings, views or revenue. If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for that listing.
