LiftMyStay
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This explains what we store when you use LiftMyStay, why, and how to get it deleted. Short version: we keep what is needed to deliver your photos and nothing else, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
The listing link you paste, your e-mail address, the IP address the request came from, and the record that you confirmed the listing is yours. When you pay, Stripe collects the payment details: we receive the amount, the currency and a payment reference, never your card number.
Your photos
We download the photos from the public listing page you pointed us to, only after you ask us to, and store the originals plus the enhanced versions so you can download them and come back to them later. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to advertise the service without your written permission.
Why we keep it
To deliver what you bought, to e-mail you when the photos are ready, to answer support, and to stop abuse of the free preview. The e-mail address is used for your order only; we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes the payment, Resend delivers the e-mails, and our own processing service handles the images. Each one sees only the part it needs to do its job. We never sell your data. The advertising measurement described in the cookies section is the only sharing we do.
How long we keep it
Files and order records stay available so you can re-download your set. Ask us to delete them and we remove the photos and the personal data within 30 days, keeping only what the tax and accounting rules require us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. One e-mail is enough, and there is no form to fill in.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which steps people drop out of. It sets cookies in your browser and receives page addresses and events, never your e-mail, your photos or your listing link. We also set two cookies of our own, kept for 90 days: one remembers which version of the site you are shown, the other keeps the campaign codes (utm) of the link that brought you here, so we know which ad led to a sale; neither holds personal data. Because we advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), the site loads the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that a visit, a free preview, a checkout or a purchase happened (with the e-mail you typed sent only as an encrypted hash, so Meta can match it to an existing account), and Utmify, which matches a sale to the ad that brought it. Under some laws this counts as sharing personal information for advertising; if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel is not loaded. You can also opt out through Meta's ad settings.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, e-mail everyone with an active order.
