You see the result on your own photo before you pay anything, and you can still get your money back after.

Decide before you pay

The before and after of your cover photo is free and always comes first. Nothing is charged until you look at your own photo and choose to unlock the rest.

Seven days, no argument

If the delivered set is not what you expected, write within seven days of the purchase and we refund it in full. You do not have to justify the reason and you keep the files you already downloaded.

If we cannot deliver

If the set fails on our side, or the video tour does not arrive within the promised twenty-four hours, we refund that purchase in full without you having to ask twice.

How to ask

Send one e-mail from the address you used at checkout, with the listing link. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Before you open a chargeback

Talk to us first. A chargeback takes weeks and blocks the account; an e-mail is answered the same day and we would rather refund you than argue with a bank.
